Current time: 18:08 Time window given by engineer this morning: 15:00-18:00 I have booked a day from work which 'could' be costing me £100ds... If the engineer doesn't turn up, or as is now... running past 18:00, what do you think I should expect/request for compensation? Called SKY and they say the engineer must be running late, and no calls have come in to say he can't make it. SKY say the engineers work till its dark... should I just accept this if they do turn up? Ive gone for the £49 SKY+ (with multiroom cos I want it). Gareth.
