Comparison: Onkyo CS-N755 vs. Denon DM39S

Hello all, first post here and needed some help from some experts for a novice with this sort of thing.

I'm looking for a very basic "all in one" setup and have narrowed it down to these 2. They give me what I need with very little space needed. The Onkyo offers some additional features with the built in networking and Flac support which is nice but not necessary.

I'm looking for a comparison b/n the two just on the sound. I'll be using the stock speakers initially but will be upgrading them in the future. This will be in a 12x15 room. As stated, I'm a novice with this so not sure what are the important factors to look at and how they balance one another out (watts, thd, db, ohms, etc...). For instance, I know the Denon has more power but the Onkyo has a better THD %. I was hoping for some opinions if one is better than the other or if they're pretty similar.

Thanks.
