Does anybody have a link to a page that shows the different channels on each?

Amazingly I couldn't seem to find one anywhere.

Thanks but was after a comparison table, I should have been more clear.

The only way it seems doable it try and see which channels are not on one and not on the other etc.

    AMazed there isn't a simple

    You get these channels(basic)

    Plus these channels. (variety)

I'm used to Sky and am never surprised by anything they do!
It's straightforward though as the comparison is there, in icons rather than simple listing, and divided into groups.

I found out with a call, basically there's no difference in actual channels, the only difference she says between variety and family is that family has HD .

I had variety plus an old HD option at £10.99

So I "upgraded" to family, got more boxsets (apparently), same channels, and HD for £5 more than variety so I'm saving £6, actually £7.50 because I had a £1.50 off discount on my variety pack and they copied that across to family pack.

    So I'm £7.50 a month better off.

I think it's just the satisfaction of saving a few quid.

Current prices are 20 for original, 30 for variety, and 36 for variety with HD and access to box sets.

Those have applied for some time, so what was the 10.99?!

I was paying $10.99 for HD, it was an old package they had not sold for ages that included F1, which I don't watch.

So I paid the extra £6 to move from variety to family which gave me HD anyway on the channels I watch and so now longer need to pay the £10.99 package.

Family bundle, is just variety+ HD, and I got that for £34.50 as they gave me £1.50 carry on discount that I had on my old variety package .

I couldn't be arsed with that "I'm going to leave" rigmarole.

I'm honestly quite happy with Sky, the planner is great, the boxsets, catch up, and so forth.

I just didn't want to pay more than I had to.

    I'm happy enough.,
