I am wondering what is the best way to compare a rear ported sub to a front firing sub ? It seems that if the rear ported sub is beside the tv it shakes the whole house compared to the front firing but it is because the ports are firing right at the wall. Should I move it far from the wall to compare it even that is where it will eventually be ? Or should I be testing some other way ?
