company blogs and blogs

Has anybody got any experience with company blogs, either writing them or just reading them? Or even just normal day to day blogs.

My wife needs to start her company one but is struggling to source any real info or examples. Can anyone offer any kind words of advice?

Any links would be really helpful too.

A good book to read is "Naked Conversations" by Robert Scoble and Shel Israel. And I guess the other tip is to read other company blogs!

BTW what sort of company does she work for?
