I am looking at a brand new flat which is still under construction.

I asked the sales team where is the communal satellite point, they advertise in the sales blurb. The girl told it connects to the TV socket which is in each room.

I'm sure, she is talking nonsense. The site manager does not even know anything about it, but said all the flats are fully wired, but there is no media panel that I have seen in other new builds.

My understanding that from the communal dish, cables are all taken from master box and a separate plug will be on the wall somewhere.

Please confirm what I should be getting, or can it all connect via the tv socket?

    thanks

I'm not quite sure the question you're asking.

It is possible for a satellite connection to terminate in a socket so I'm not sure why you say she's probably talking nonsense.
