What is it to be used for? Seems a lot of cash for intergrated graphics. Everything else loos good though.

Its to replace the family desktop and I want to give it enough spec to last a fair amount of time.

screen size is the max the missus wants.

surfing, storing music photos, some strategy gaming, play blu rays onto HD telly.

Must get the 64bit operating system to utilise the 4gig of ram, 32bit only will allow it to show and use 3gig of it, these are not great as a blue ray player with the sound output being a real letdown for Blue Ray (blue ray on a laptop to me is a complete letdown and not worth the time).

You may just get away with the type of games you play but I really do mean just , integrated graphics and even most dedicated graphics on laptops are miles behind desk top equivalents. I have four Dell laptops and work with them all week long, but the one you have specked up can be specked better for the price with other units on the market. Not a great purchase in my opinion, and I’m what people would consider a Dell fan boy.
