I think the original studio went out of business m8, so apparently it will be very unlikely they appear.

    God I hope I`m wrong tho`.

My videos from channel 4 are worn out.

BAD NEWS!!! for you, and you, and you, and you!!!
    LMAO Classic:clap:

Yes these were tremendous. Got them all on VHS including the later ones screened by BBC2. A DVD release would be great so we could

    a) have the BBC episodes without the annoying bleeps over the "f" words and

    b) finally get to see the banned "Back to Normal with Eddie Monsoon". The "Eddie Monsoon - A Life" episode was screened but the former proved too strong even for Channel 4.

BTW - Jennifer Saunders played Eddie Monsoon's wife in this episode - hence Edina Monsoon in Ab Fab.

Fistfull Of Travellers Cheques and the Bad News ones were the ones that stick in my mind.
Reading this has just reminded me of Filthy Rich and Catflap - remember them - it was just after The Young Ones ?

Only yesterday I was sorting though a box of pre-recorded videos and found Mr Jolly Lives Next Door. I would love to get this on DVD. Also found Five Go Mad in Dorset - another classic. If anyone reading this tread hasn't seen these (too young??) find them somehow, anyhow....

I doubt we will see the Comic Strip films on dvd. To my knowledge, the vhs films were taken out of circulation many years ago. Such a shame. Mr Jolly is my fave, too. That and Didn't You Kill My Brother.

    "And another old english pub"

"That's right, mate. Bottom's up!" Marvellous.

I had Falkland's Raiders on VHS years ago, but did the standard 'leant it to a mate who lost it' scenario.
