Hi all
I am at the moment using a single communal dish cable which gives me 13e hotbird and 28.2 sky. If i was to install a separate dish with a single lnb, would i be able to link the communal dish cable and the single lnb cable to get 16e+19.2+28.2 in one box?

Thanks

Although it is possible to connect both cables to one tuner using automatic DiSEqC switches - it is not simple and depends whether your receiver is capable of using two such switches cascaded (i.e. in series) and your being able to source a "uncommitted" DISEqC switch (not very common and about 4 times the price of the usual "committed" switches). Your simplest and cheapest solution is a manual A/B lnb switch - such as this - Satellite LNB switches and multiswitches

Are there any other satellites on the system (diseqc 3 diseqc 4)

If you can install your own dish why not just use that for a multiple LNB setup instead of using the communal system?

or .... stick it on a mota
