Coaxial to Optical Convertor

Hi,

I am trying to connect up my amplifier (Sony HTK-215) to both my dvd recorder (Philips DVDR-610) which has a coaxial output, & a Sky Plus box. Can anyone tell me whether this is possible, & whether I can buy a convertor that can connect all three?
