coaxial to cable connector

How can I convert a coaxial connector to take a cable TV cable, are there adaptors available, if so where from.

If by "cable connector" you mean an F-type - same as used on the link from a satellite LNB (the bit at the dish end) to a $ky or other satellite receiver- & by "TV" you mean a standard belling-lee connector, then adpators are available from Maplins , CPC etc.
Your description is too vague for me to comment further.
You can get both male-to-male, female-to-female m/f & f/m types although some are harder to find than others.

Are you trying to connect an NTL or simliar cable to your home TV aerial system?

In a word dont !!!!! It can cause problems with the cable companies system and if your after free channels, you'll probrably only get 4-5 basic channels.
