Co-op games

Looking for some co-op games for me and my friends to play (there are 5 of us)

We have played a fair few and seem to be running out of ideas, at the moment we are playing dayZ and football manager vs cups together but I never win so it's no fun :)

Don't really mind on genre but nothing too expensive.

Company of heroes 2
BF4 isnt Co-op but BF3 has some Co-Op missions
Diablo III
Civ V
Borderlands 2
AOE
Arma II and III
Cities In Motion 2
Dead Island
Total War Games
Just Cause 2
Portal 2
Saints Row 3 and 4

My favourite for Co-Op is COH and Starcraft II

A lot of those are 2 or <4 player stu.

Serious sam is 8 player i believe. Or at least the latest is.

5 is going to be very tricky to accomodate, and you may find you're going to have to play online games on a team against other people, cod or bf style, rather than co-op in a story mode sort of thing.

Strategy games are a good shout, as most will allow you to play with that many.

Thanks for the quick replies. 5 is hard to accommodate as most are 4 players. We have played L4d games and enjoyed AoE. Civ 5 was ok but I'm more a fan of rts than turn based games. I think I want to try company of heroes 2 as I enjoyed the first one but trying to find a cheap copy

I will suggest them and see what they think.

Dead island is 5 isnt it? Or 4 players with 5 to choose from.

Dota2 and BF4 are 5 players, but too much is 4 player.

LFD2 can be up to 8 players if you play monster vs team, and I think there are mods for it as well?

If you have 5 of you, then I would definitely recommend a game like DOTA2 or League of Legends or SMITE if you prefer 3rd Person type game.

They are team PVP games, but are 5 a side and really are the best team games you can play.

DOTA2 you can also play against bots only to save you being embarrassed online and get your friends interested.
