    I note at the end they say
    Looks like they were expecting it to not just be at switch-on time as well !

    That's the first review I have seen which admits that the so called "follow turn" feature doesn't actually follow your turns after all.

    The reviewer seems to express surprise by this and implies it is a fault with the test model.

    Other reviews I have read just spew out the misleading marketing spiel making it obvious they never really tested the unit properly.

    so basically cnet's grumbles are:
    lack of FM + recording abilities
    tied to CONNECT
    no WMA, AAC support
    no on-the-go music subscription support

    personally not bothered by any on that list. if it wasn't for the chance of cracked buttons....
