I know the cm4s can be a little slow but i would be impressed if the gallos can match their presence, is it worth demoing them?

To be honest Oreoboy ... it's more worth demoing than it is asking people here.

Only what YOU think is important. Not magazines, not other people and certainly not salemen in shops.

Well yeah, but its a long journey to my nearest gallo dealer and if lots of people think they are awful in comparison it would save me a long car journey.

On that basis, it's not worth asking anything here

    Oreoboy,

You are going from one extreme to the other from a large floorstander to a small satellite. I have never heard the B&W so can't comment but I have heard the Gallo A'Diva and liked them.

Don't forget to factor in a subwoofer as well.

Okay .. what I should have said was ...

They are highly rated speakers ... but (as Ian said) you'll be going from floor standers to small satellites ... weather the A'Diva suit you more or less is down to personal preference (IMO)
