Hello everyone,
I just became an (almost happy) owner of a 3TB Lacie Cloudbox recently. It is simple, very easy to use, quiet, nice; thus perfectly serves the purpose it was bought for.
There is only one issue. Whilst all the devices around the house (Xtreamer, Samsung TVs, laptops, and phones, etc) can access the NAS and play the videos/music flawlessly, one of the Samsung TVs (Model: UA40C7000) does not play all the videos. Most of the time I just get a "Format not supported" message.
I wonder where the issue could be as the TV plays the same "unsupported" movies in case they are played from a USB device directly connected to the TV.
Thank you in advance for all the support you may provide.
