I bought a 6cd set of all Cliff Richards solo singles on the basis there should be some decent classics in there as part of having a varied CD collection.

It is really tinny. Is this a fault, or (sir) Cliff, or my system?

Would you like to buy my copy of "The One" as well :)

If you listen to those discs they do sound thin and lack dynamics, my advice would be not to do so, buy the latest Coldplay CD instead.

I like Miss You Nights:p

I like the album 'Rock 'n' roll juvenile'
But that's the only one.
I like 'Miss you nights' aswell
Everyone has to admit that he has done some good songs.
It's the same with ABBA (which I like). It wasn't cool to like them a few years ago but it is now.
They've done some excellent songs.

Being "cool to like" someone doesn't actually make their music any good. Look at the Top 10 on something like Top of the Pops and all you'll see is a cascade of crap that it's "cool" to like.

Much like listening to either Cliff Retard or Abba.

Course, it's all relative at the end of the day. Who's right and who's wrong?

Fair play to anyone that likes real music, at least Cliff got where he was through having some degree of talent and wasn't just a face slotted into a "5 piece vocal harmony group" put together by committee, with a shelf life of about 18 months.

Girl You'll Be A Woman Soon

The Only Way Out
A Little In Love

She Means Nothing To Me ( With Phil Everly )

Don't get me wrong.
I'm not a Cliff Richard die-hard fan.
I like all sorts of music but my favourite is electronic music and heavy metal/grunge.
Such as: Kraftwerk, Orbital, NIN, RATM, Nirvana, Metallica............

Forgot about them but wasn’t Girl You'll Be A Woman Soon one of Neil Diamond’s first.

Actually, listening to the 6 CDs of all his singles, there's a lot of crap he did!
