Clicking / Static Noise From Hd Box?

just got the HD installed yesterday and notice when i'm fast forwarding through recordings or pause/play I can hear a noise like static / clicking noise coming from the box. Anyone else noticed this - is it just the hard drive?

any suggiestions?

yup, lots have had it...
its the hard drive mate..
I used to get it from just watching HD programmes... if you turn off the instant rewind feature it will go away..
I refused to turn off a 'feature' and ended up getting Sky out to replace it.. my new one is loads better!
