    Hi guys,
I decided to give my Z3 filters a clean last night, as it was a bit overdue.

I've got the Z3 ceiling mounted, so thats my excuse for taking my time - I was expecting it to be a complete pain to re-align the picture again, fortunately it wan't difficult at all - just keep the lens shift EXACTLY as it was and all should be okay.

I removed the filters one at a time and used the hoover on both sides if the material by holding it as close as possible to the hoover nozzle. Neither of them looked dusty, but I still gave them a good go. I replaced the Z3, turned it on, and everything worked fine.

The Z3 manual clearly states that the filters shouldnt be cleaned with water, but is a hoover clean enough? I'm just concerned because the whole ordeal was rather easy and painless, which isn't usually the case with projectors.
