Hey guys,

I am looking to purchase an Optoma GT1080 projector and have a question about cleaning up wire clutter that you would plug into the projector. My goal would be to ceiling mount it and project onto the wall that way, but I feel like it would look bad with wires come up to the ceiling to plug into my projector, is there anything/product that people use to clean that up? I dont mind keeping it on the floor if that ends up being the case, but would prefer an to ceiling mount it. I live in a 450 sqft studio so any chance I can to optimize my space and keep things clutter free is always a plus.

Thank you guys in advance,
Victor

If you're ceiling mounting, the Optoma ceiling mount is 'hollow', and you can run the cables through that to the projector, so it's just a case of getting the cables up there from the kit.

Your options are:

- Put your kit at the back of the room, run the cables up the wall and hide them behind a tall bookcase;
- Chase the cables behind the plasterboard wall, if that's possible.

What's upstairs?
