Cleaning fluid for dvds & cds

    If one wanted to mix up ones own cleaning fluid what ingredients do you use. Most commercial products contain isopropyl alchohol, but is that mixed with something like distilled water, and if so how many parts of isopropyl to how many parts of whatever?.....er as it were.:lease:

    as far as i know it is just isopropol alcohol but i am no expert but always seems to work fine and is cheaper to buy then the comercial equivalents
