Claiming customs back help

Hi everyone.

So 2 weeks ago i bought some ice hockey goalie pads and gloves from a company in Sweden, they got here yesterday after spending 10 days in customs, i had to pay £190 to ups

Open the box and they have sent out the wrong items, these now need to go back for exchange,

But how do i get the customs fee back, ive had a look on the gov. Website and its as clear as mud

Has anyone had any experience of this?
