Hi gurus,
Firstly I wanna say thanks to everyone. I've been learning so much from this forum.
I have recently upgraded my speakers to M&K K series.
3 K7 as L/C/R and 2 K4 as surround. No subwoofer yet. It's quite a dilemma:
Checked M&K K 10's at local store, it's $599.99. While the Velodyne CHT-15 has the price tag $575 online, after shipping it will be $630 something. (CHT-12 is $475)
K-10 LONG THROW 8" MPS2810 / MX700 WOOFER
INTERNAL M&K AMP 75 WATTS WITH DYNAMIC HEADROOM MAXIMIZER
35 Hz - 200 Hz ¡À 3 dB
Mag. Shielded.
The size of my room is 12x12x8.
My questions:
1, Do you think a 15" woofer is too big for me?
2, Will M&K + M&K give you better performance?
Thanks,
CP
