Strange thing - I searched for this on dvdsoon a few days ago and all the R1's are called Chronicles of Riddick - even the original Pitch Black - I think the animated one is called Dark Fury

DVDsoon have Pitch Black 2 to be released on or around Dec 14 though for $32.98 - £13.45 ish

Not that I condone piracy - but I have seen it on a bootleg that a mate has...

Its very good and I will certainly be ordering it for myself - an original that is - not a pirate( :nono: ) copy

I was referring to Pitch Black 2, looked at playusa and they have it in stock but the description fits the original Pitch Black which doesn't help much. :censored:

that's because it is Pitch Black
Universal have had the brainwave to change the name to The Chronicles of Riddick: Pitch Black just to confuse everyone. It's getting a DVD re-release over here under the same title aswell.
Like eas4uk said, the sequel isn't out until the end of the year.
