Question Chromebook Steam question

I know you can download Android apps to Chromebooks now. But a small question, are you able to stream from more powerful laptop a steam game to a Chromebook? Also, a really stupid question would the Chromebook need to meet the minimum spec list or is it the laptop your streaming from?
You're not clear what sort of game streaming you mean, just watching games or playing remotely.

But in either case it's just streamed video, with the second sending back keyboard and mouse input the other way. The game would be running on the more powerful laptop.

So it comes down to whether chrome OS has compatible software, it shouldn't need any amount of power.
