Oh yeah - that too! ;) (I'm just taking time out from all the festivities... is it possible to overdose on chocolate & mince pies?)

do you see the irony in that? - if we didnt have home cinema etc, there might have been quite a few films you wouldnt have seen before, so making it suck less :)

    Hi,

The only decent film I watched (so far) was "Belleville Rendez-vous" on BBC2. Great little animation, but was it meant to have English subtitles, or not? Everywhere I look, it's supposedly subtitled, but I don't remember the BBC print having any subtitles at all!

    Oh come on.

    We got the office .

That's where my list of positives for this year's festive TV ends I'm afraid...

I agree with you Krusty! I remember as a kid that TV over Christmas was something to look forward to...now its nothing but lame ideas (only fools and horses anyone?) and films already shown on Sky....maybe its the fact that we have more choice that is to blame....

    agree with Krusty & Semiskimmed1976

the only way the terrestrial channels can do better in future, is to produce their own, original programmes, specially made for christmas - be they drama's, documentaries or whatever (as i posted in another thread).
