Oh no! I just applied for a job at my local store a couple of weeks ago.

SO? being one of the people at choices head office waiting to find out if they still have a job, some people have other things to worry about!!

I appreciate that it is a difficult time, but that is no way to reply to another member, particularly as you are logged in as an employee. How do you know that you keeping your job is any more critical than the other member trying to get a job? :thumbsdow

The other person who logs on under Choices on here and cdanddvdbargains.com has always been excellent with customer service on here.

If this is the way that you respond to customers, then it would be no surprise if you didnt lose your job :(

Let's just wait and see what post #3 is like... potentially losing your job has to be a harrowing time for anyone and emotions will run high.

I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm not happy where I am working at the moment, therefore I did a bit of job hunting 4 weeks ago, and my local store said they had vacancies and I had applied, hoping to join. However, since then obviously things have got a bit out of hand, debts were run up and now the company had gone bust.

Amen to that, just because everyone else is losing their heads, doesn't mean you have to make a new account (anonymously as well) and rant about losing your job when it wasn't your fault, these things happen.

It been 'processing' for a few days now.........
Difficult to say, they've still been sending newsletters out as normal since this news. Maybe, they have been given a lifeline?

My order status has gone to completed. So there is at least still signs of life at the choices website.
