I appreciate that it is a difficult time, but that is no way to reply to another member, particularly as you are logged in as an employee. How do you know that you keeping your job is any more critical than the other member trying to get a job?
The other person who logs on under Choices on here and cdanddvdbargains.com has always been excellent with customer service on here.
If this is the way that you respond to customers, then it would be no surprise if you didnt lose your job![]()
The online site doesn't seem to be affected, so far.
