I am currently using the originally installed loft aerial and find that I cannot usually get any reception on digital ch 5, and analoge is very snowy. General reception changes with the weather and indoor aerials produce a lot of ghosting.
I live about 3 miles from the WinterHill transmitter, but cannot see it, being much further down the hill and in an area of 'shaddow'.
I assume the signal is quite strong here, but bouncing around nearby walls etc. and no decent 'direct' signal.

I've searched the forum without success. Can anyone help me with choice of aerial, ( the loft is the easiest ) placement, and setting up. :lease:
