Hi,
Just bought the excellent (I think) 1987 horror film "Child's Play" on R4 DVD. However, the transfer appears absolutely dire!
Whenever someone or something moves on the screen, you get minor artifacting of where the person or item was prefiously. In other words, it's almost as if you get permanent shadows following anything that moves onscreen, and the conversion to digital can't keep up correctly! (God, I hope that makes sense. Apologies if it doesn't!)
Is it just my copy that's faulty, or is the transfer that MGM used, actually a bad or faulty one? Please respond ASAP, because otherwise I'll return the disc as faulty tomorrow morning.
Cheers, in advance,
Pooch
