Featuring Chelski v Lazio at a Jap event. It is slight fuzzy as its filmed with a cam, but not too much. There is no game audio, as the background event noise drowns it out

It looks pretty slick, and certainly moves fast enough. The CPU seems pretty intent to move the ball forward ASPAP

The player uses the analogue nub, as opposed to the D-pad. He can also be seen using the shoulder buttons, and 4 action buttons. Dunno if you can choose d-pad or analogue nub control. Control of players appears to be simple

The film starts from beginning of match, so we have no indication of load times

i dloaded this last night and it gave me goosebumps

i want this and a psp now!

thought the player struggled a bit,but still scored a decent goal.but all pes releases take a few games to "bed" in,it may be the clamped psp restricted him a bit.plus on amazons review bit ,old seabass says that the psp version will have all the features found on the ps2 version ie THE MASTER LEAGUE!!!

ill buy this and a psp when its released in oct,no other psp games matter to me tbh.i wont bother with the jap w.e as i prefer the finished europe version.

This looks fantastic!!!! There did seem to be a bit of loading time when a substitute was needed (I can't remember who got injured) but the slick graphics more than make up for it.

Good oppertunist strike form just on the edge of the area BTW ;)

This is now on my want list!

Click on the link that says something to the effect of 'if you download hasn't started within 5 seconds click here'

That worked for me when the original one wouldn't

Wow that looks absolutely amazing!! Can't wait to get this on my PSP   .

The graphics are just as good as the PS2/X-Box and it runs nice and smoothly. I also felt that the half time loading was pretty quick.

I really can't believe that they've managed to produce a version of PES for a handheld that is this good. PES on the move anytime, anywhere - it just doesn't get any better than that  .

I'll get the X-Box and the PSP version. A big console version is still needed for playing against mates etc.

    I'll also get both.

Can you play the psp against mates over the internet? That would be great. We could set up leagues and everything.

    I don't think it'll support infrastructure.

Of course ad-hoc is a given. But Konami have kept the game under wraps mostly

Im blown away by that too........how the hell does it look THAT good?
I was expecting a version that looked somewhere between the PS1 and PS2 version but its easily as good if not better than PRO EVO4 on PS2. Gotta hand it to konami........they certainly know what they are doing - lets hope a few more devlopers take note eh?

Its mainly down to the PSP screen - its smaller so less pixels needed. But it is also best screen on a handheld device (?)

I have the advertising flyer on my desk and it says "Solo players can also hone their skills within six different leagues". Surely this is the master league?

you can play the individual leagues in WE9:UE but not master league.

The individual leagues in WE9 for the PS2 have cups in the season.

I've got THUG 2, Virtua Tennis & Wipeout to keep me busy. I may get Burnout in 2 weeks

And I'm going back to college next week, so I can be patient and let you lot decide which footie game will be better; PES5 PSP or Fifa 06 PSP
