Just got my Sont 1GB card from Play.com today. Ordered on the 8th, (released on the 9th), shipped on the 12th. Recorded del. Says 1GB, (1,024MB), but is actually only 969MB. For some reason manufacturers class a MB as 1,000Kb rather than 1,024Kb as it should be!?

You can get it cheaper than that off eBay if you're patient.

I,ve decided to get a 512mb stick from play.com (its only 40 quid). I,ve come to the conclusion that its not worth the money to buy a bigger 1 yet, I was going to get a 1gig stick for around 80 quid or the 2gig stick from VG+ for 180 quid which i would love because the movie quality will be better than umds seeing as umds are 1.8gig but i must have been mad even considering buying a memory stick for this much. Hopefully in a couple of months they will come down in price when the newer bigger sticks come out, hopefully not too long because the film quality is poor on the 512mb.

I ordered ridge racer on may 4th from dvdsoon still "on order" i reckon they wait till they have enough orders then they order the product in bulk so it doesnt cost them upfront. Because other companies can get these products instock why does it take so long for soon to get them in stock. How they won an award is far beyond me and now it seems everything has gone up in price so its not like its worth the wait anymore. :thumbsdow :nono: :thumbsdow :suicide: :rotfl: :hiya: :boring:   :suicide:
