    I've used RGB Direct a few times - they have always provided a cheap, quick and efficient service IMHO. They have the Panasonic E55 for £195 - not sure how that compares with other online retailers but it is multi-region.

    they also have the Panasonic DVDS27 @ £39.99

    rang all the richersounds shop's in the northwest and all had none left but there do the Panasonic DMRE65EBS Silver Multi Region DVD Recorder for £200 .
    your need to pront there web page as when you goto the shop it's £20 more.
