Does anyone know where i can get the best price for Denon 3802 and kef eggs.
Ive seen the kefs at £799 and the 3802 at £800
Any websites that show a lower figure than rrp.
    Thanks

KEF dont allow the Egg's to be sold over the internet so that the dealers (and presumably KEF) can keep the price artificially high.

Your best bet would be to get the KEF's from a dealer and the Amp off the web.

One thing to check with websites is the guarantee. Some brands will only offer support if you bought through an 'authorised' retailer which some site may not be. Denon in the US are very hot on this but I'm not sure about the UK side.

I got my Amp from Hi-Fi Junkies (www.hifijunkies.co.uk) who pricematched a price from unbeatable.co.uk and gave me a (free) two year Denon warranty (as they are approved suppliers). A few other supplies are authorised too so its something else to check when on their site.

If you are not too fused about warranty then shop around, but its something to consider when you are spening the best part of £1500 on a new system.

Just noticed the sponsors banner at the top of the page, It's Discount Electrical UK......advertising the Denon 3802 for £629.99 delivered, they are authorised dealers as well.

The banners on a loop and changes a bit so if you can't see it click current sponsor list

Got the KHT2005 audio system (5 Eggs + PSW2000 active sub) for £750 from a local shop (Spain's in Bromsgrove, Worcs. if by some miracle u live near there!!)

Smaller size (but more specialist) local stores seem to be the way ahead, as they seem to be able to offer both cheaper deals and in most cases, better after sales support.

    Cheers

    Mike
