Cheap scaler component in and out

Hiya,

You guys here really seem to know what you're talking about.

We're looking for a reasonbly cheap video scaler that can take Component (3xRCA) input at 480i, 480p, 576, 576p, 720p & 1080i and output Component (3xRCA) at 1080i.

Does this kind of thing exist?

Experts please correct me but if you want cheap your best bet is probably a second hand Lumagen Vision, one of the early ones. Should be able to get one for under £200. I'd even sell you mine if you were interested.
