Cheap Reliable DVD writer

    Due to hidef downloads I am quickly running out of space...

    Can anyone recommend a cheap reliable ide dvd burner ?

    It does not have to be the fastest most uptodate.. I just want to archive data to discs.. and not create coasters :)

    Cheap as poss though... also whats a good brand of discs to use ?

    probably best off with the pioneer 107D, writes at 8x.

    £60 inc vat at www.121cdr.co.uk , loads of cheap and good discs there too.

    get the ritek g05 or fujifilm 03 based discs, desgined for 8x
