I am looking to spend as little as possible to record from RGB sources. I have seen the cheap Philips models but would rather stay away because of reliability problems. The panasonic E55 looks good but I am wanting to edit the video on a PC and I'm not sure on how to do this with DVD RAM format. I have found the LG DR4912 which looks really good but nowhere can I see any reviews to see if it has RGB input. I habe got the manual but it just says scart. Does anyone know if the LG does have RGB in? Any recomendations would be good for recorders with RGB in that are cheap. I'm only going to be using it to record from RGB and no need for timeshifting or fancy features. Really just a way to get high quality captures to the PC for edititng. Thanks.
