    Hi guys

    Im building a media centre what do you think of the following spec. It will eventually be used to play Bluray/HDVD also wmv HD files and divx collection as well.
    I already have hard drives and the O/S
    this is the spec I have picked what do you think what to keep price under 350 euros but machine must be small black and quite

    Graphics Card & Ram should be fine, but I'd change that shuttle for a C2D compatible one and stick either an E2180 or E2200 in it.

    I've actually only got a 2400pro in my HTPC and it does HD stuff absolutley fine. So if your not planning on gaming at all then I'd say save some cash there as well.

    Agreed, dont go the AMD route. Go for a Core 2 Duo cpu and mobo, they are far better cpus and run very cool. :)
