Having just ordered a panny TX26LXD60 for the bedroom I would like to couple this with an all in one home cinema sound system, the tv will mainly be used for the xbox 360 and Sky+.

Are there any cheap sound systems out there with an optical input for the 360?

    I have a budget of about £150.

    Thanks.

Not particularly mate as the Xbox will be used as a DVD player as well.

What do you have in mind?.

    Thanks.

Well, the Raaaven's suggestion of the Yamaha AV59 or even the Denon 1356 is a good one for a "grown up" level entry system, which would be versatile enough to handle any reasonable future equipment upgrades you have. For the money, they are fantastic value IMO. They both come in at around £220. See http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/content/products/details/index~modelcode~DEN-DHT1356XP.htm

    or http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/content/products/details/index~modelcode~YAM-AV59PACK.htm

There is a dedicated thread to these systems, so have a look and see what you think. :)
