    Hi everybody,
I'm hoping somebody can help me find a theme. It's a famous theme that I think originated from a chart show but all I know is Johnny Vaughn uses it on his breakfast show on Capital FM for his pun down. The sound of it reminds me of Pearl and Dean theme for some reason lol.

Would appreciate it if anybody knows what the hell I'm talking about!

I don't listen to Johnny Vaughan so haven't heard the song but is it the Whole Lotta Love cover by Goldbug (starts 37 secs in):

hey, thanks for the post but no it's not that. that bit at 37 was pearl and dean music. it's just an instrumental, it's quick paced, has a drum break in the middle, only about 1 min long. lot of trumpet from memory

That was the one I had in my head but I'd have never been able to remember/guess the title, nice one.

Is it the theme to the charts count down that Alan Freeman used to use?, I think it was called something like ''Battle of the trumpets''. That same music was used on an add for furniture/kitchen sales a few months ago (was it magnet?)

.... sitting with your cassette recorder getting the Top 20 on tape, less Fluff Freeman's banter, to listen to during the week!
