Charles Bianchi, Commercial Director at FNAC, will be joining the speaker line-up at the Future of Entertainment Summit to share his views on making the consumer connection.
FNAC, the international entertainment retail chain is the largest retailer of its kind in France, offering advice across a diverse range of products including audio, computer software, televisions and video games. FNAC also operates stores in Belgium, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Morocco and Taiwan.
Charles Bianchi will join a mix of speakers already confirmed for the debate on the connected consumer including Rob Salter, Category Director, Tesco and David Buckingham, UK General Manager, Aimia.
Connecting with the consumer and maintaining that connection are essential ingredients for success in a fast-changing and competitive environment, Futuresouce say, and with their 'making the consumer connection' debate they are attempting to draw speakers from across the industry to discuss the strategies behind developing and maintaining customer relationships in order to maximise engagement. Consumer education and communication, along with constant innovation, all have a role to play and will be among the areas explored in this session.
