When I know im gonna burn a DVD on the PC from the tosh, i leave chapter naming for PC.

But the other night I intended to do it on tosh then changed my mind after naming 44 chapters (boy did my thumb hurt). I dubbed to RAM took it to my PC.

Importedinto TMPGenc DVD Author. The chapters were retained (even the ones I merged!!!). But the names weren't. Did i do something wrong?

Is this a limitation of The package, the tosh or the DVD standard? Is there a package that does bring in the chapter names. Or is this an expensive lesson in know what you are finalising with before you name a chapter

Not sure that chapters have names do they?
Thought they were makers at particular time readings on the disk and the naming (labelling) of such is down to the software.

there must be a DVD standard though. Or are you saying that chapter names are turned into a graphic when menus are created?
