Question Changing shipping address

I have recently moved so updated the billing and shipping address on the Apple Store App before I ordered the iPhone Pro Max however although it is displaying the correct billing address it has the shipping address down as my previous property.

I have been trying to call them since around 4pm yesterday once I had realised the error but on the phone it currently says they are unable to take my call and the online chat is just hanging saying that they are connecting me to a specialist.
I have no idea if there is another way of contacting them.
The number I have been calling is 0800 048 0408.
Anyone know if there is another avenue I can use to contact them? Thanks in advance.

So, after finally getting in to the queue to speak to Apple they have made a note on the system that will be sent to the courier to hopefully change the shipping address. Only on hold for 110 minutes!

I spoke with someone on online chat who basically told me they can’t do anything... hoping they use DPD again like they did last year... at least I get an hour slot then and can try and get home...
