Changing Samsung E800 Fascia ?? How??

Hi,

Can anyone help advise me how to change the fascia on a Samsung E800. I bought off ebay, and lets just say they were stretching the truth when they stated 'perfect' condition.

I have obtained a real Samsung replacement cover, but came with no instructions.
