    Hi all,
I was wondering if it would be possible to replace a HDD with a much higher capacity one (250 GB rather than 80)?

    Cheers

I'm afraid not. All these companies - Toshiba, Panasonic, JVC etc etc - see much of their future profits from selling you a new HDD/DVDR with a bigger HDD. They would be shooting their future profits in the foot if they let you upgrade it....

Toshiba will happily sell you their top-of-the-range 160GB RX33 in October! :D
