looking to upgrade the standard harddrive on my xbox,
the 2 i have in mind are,
    120gb-7200pm ata-100-8mb cache, or
    120gb-7200pm udma-100-2mb cache.
i know there is 6mb difference between the two and will this make any difference,
i have no idea what ata and udma are, will they make a difference.
:lease: :lease: help me pick which one to use.

    with thanks :)

i know this may be the wrong section, but have already posted this on xbox section and no reply. :)

I know zero about Xboxes, and I can't recall off the top of my head what udma is, but...

The size of the cache (8mb vs 2mb) will have an impact on your hd performance. Choose 8mb.

ATA and UDMA are different speeds of the IDE interface. From what i remember, UDMA 133 was the fastest.
