changing fps rate when editing

Hi, I'm doing a project where everything has to be exported as 30fps, trouble is I'm using a digital camera that records videos at 15fps and I can't change that.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way I can get around this so that I can use the footage? Or any software or something I can use. I'm working with after effects for my project. Maybe it's impossible but would just like to know.

Thanks! :)

This is something that I think most editing software can do. Sony Vegas (which I use) can certainly handle this. You can drop clips of various resolutions and framerates (as well as formats) on to the timeline. You make your edits, then render out to whatever framerate and format you like.

The quality of how well the frame rate conversion is done will vary depending on the software.
