Can anyone tell me if this is possible. I have subscribed to wanadoo broadband and the modem they have sent me is a USB connection. I need to connect it to a wireless router that only has RJ45 connections.

It maybe easier to see if wanadoo stock a RJ45 modem that they can swap out for you.

I'm sure the deliberately send out USB ones which in my experience is a way of ensuring that you are not "sharing" you connection. Also the "software" needed for USB usually has it own version of IE and search engines.

If not i'd just bit the bullet and buy a cable modem

Either replace the router with one that has the ADSL modem built in or purchase an ethernet ADSL modem. Take a look here and here.

I doubt you will get anything other than the USB modem from your ISP due to cost.
