    1. You can't simply login to your account online and give them a change of address - why?

    2. You go through a complicated 5 part menu system to contact them for change of address and end up here 2018-07-19_1510

    3. To call them you have to ring a premium rate number for SUPPORT and she just sits there at you for ages racking up the bill.

    Just venting--

    Useless gits.

It's not a premium rate number - should be 0344 or similar (so local/inclusive rate).

Sky can't change the name on an account (unless due to a legal change of name, eg marriage) - it has to be closed and a new one opened instead.

But OP only wants to change the address, not his name.
