chances of replacement 37" px60 due to dead pixel?

    I've recently purchased a panny 37" px60 and it has developed a permanently lit green pixel to the right of centre on the screen:mad: ,does anyone know what my chances of getting it replaced are

    It would really depend on the retailer. Some are very good at exchanging within 14/28 day period. Others will stick to Panasonic's definition of a faulty panel - I think that one stuck pixel wouldn't be deemed faulty.

    You going to have to ask the retailer and see what happens. Another alternative is trying a stuck pixel fixer. If you can connect a pc/laptop to your panel you could try this. It requires quicktime.

    if the pixel is in the center part of the screen u may have grounds for an exchange as this would be more noticable to one that was stuck on the edge of the screen
