Chair Photoshoot

Took some photo's for a mate of a chair he made recently. Obviously inspired by trees I wanted a woodland location and came across this perfect spot.

#1 - Lit by wireless flash diffused through large white sheet to left of chair

50mm | 1/10s | F2.2

12mm | 1.6s | F7.1

12mm | 4s | F7.1 | CPL

C&C most welcome

nice chair. #1 is the best pic for me. good light from the flash and it really stands out on the green foilage in the background

Yes, number 1 for me too - I just prefer the more natural viewing position.
The other two show a bit much of the chair's underside for my taste.
Love the chair back - good job by your mate.

It might also be nice to have a hugely contrast photo - where you put the chair against the hardest, most unnatural thing you can find. Just a thought anyway!

The first works nicely, although it does seem slightly odd to see a chair on a plinth rather than on the ground. In the other two, with that strong light coming through the trees, the photograph is taking over from the product.
