Morning Folks, I can't really check at the moment so was wondering someone could assist! I have two live/outlook accounts, one of which is assigned to my gamertag. I've been having a lot of problems on and off recently with adding cards to my account. On my main account, I have some how managed to acquire a US & TT account which are both assigned to my GB account. I think this is the problem but with MS customer support being useless they can't say either way. I know my other account has no credit/billing information associated with the account. Is it possible to change my gamertag email to this new email address, even though it is still a MS account? As far as I am aware there is no tag currently associated with this account. I'm thinking that this may be a better option instead of waiting on MS "support". Cheers.
